Worst destal practice i have ever come across. Its not just on one occasion they messed up so my narration of events will be long but its worth reading because it exposes their ridiculous poor services. First day i joined, i had to have a check up which would then require me to book an appointment to come back for a course of treatment. Once the check up was done, the dentist told me pick up a personal dental treatment plan from the reception on my way out. When i get there, im told he hasnt sent anything to print so i was advised to come back next month which is when my follow up appointment was booked for. When the time came for my follow up appointment, i get a call to say the dentist cant make it so it will have to be rearranged. The earliest appt available they could give me is another months wait! Like i havnt waited long enough already whilst suffering from toothache. When the time came for the rearranged appointment i get a call to say the dentist cant make it again due to bad weather so the appointment was rearranged again but for the following week friday. Every other appointment i was given was a saturday, so now they confused me. On the day i came i was told record says i have not got an appointment and never had one! And apparently i called in to cancel my appointment. What a total garbage! I get told that the dentist has an open slot so the receptionist booked me in there and then. So I paid for it and waited to be seen. But oh no guess what? Denstists sends a message to them saying i cant be seen as theres the treatment has been sent off? Wait.. what? By that point i had enough i wanted a refund. Only to hear i cant have it. Manager authorises refunds and that would happen on monday?! She saw the wrong side of me and i made sure i got my money back. She then said the dentist that i was initialy checked by will be leaving so i would have to book another check up by a new dentist and then get a treatment. So i have to pay for another check up? haha ridiculous. even though they already have a record on the system regarding what outcome and dental treatments were needed, i apparently need to do it all again. Money making scheme! Daylight robbery! Im sorry but id rather go elsewhere now. Please dont register yourself with this rediculous dentist! To keep score, thats 5 times they messed up. Such poor service.

Fast and efficient dental surgery. Took out my wisdom teeth in less than 30 mins and no pain even the next day, highly recommended

Hi i have been coning to ur dentist for a while i have had no issue till the last time i have been in and out went in with a toothache and one of your colleague new one ended up grinding a silver tooth and filling it in a with white filling i did not realise what he has done until he was finished now i have a hole in my tooth plz can u sort it out

I just had the worse experience today at the dental practice, the dentist I was seen by was rude and impolite. He didn't introduce himself, he also didn't explain much and very brief although it was just a check up.
