We were referred to Daryl and the team and from the onset had a great experience. We had all 3 floors of our house done 2 days before Christmas and the team were professional throughout and have also since come back to check everything is ok. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring!
Great service from the young assistant in the shop. Took time to understand my needs and timescales. Offered different options based on price, quality etc. The four stars are hers. Estimate disappointing as didn't have enough detailed breakdown of costs which I would prefer.
Very pleased with our new flooring, polite and professional service, would highly recommend this firm.
Just had bedroom, sitting room, hall and stairs carpeted and I'm thrilled with the result. The fitters were very efficient, kept me informed all along and communicated well. Also had bathroom floor done which exceeded my expectations, looks so good thanks the the fitters skills as it was a bit of a challenge. They cleaned up afterwards and took away all the old carpet , all they left behind was a very big smile in my face. Would definitely recommend the company from the start right through to finish.
Great service, know the products they sell
I was very disappointed with this company. I ordered carpet and new underlay for 3 bedrooms plus stairs and landing from them. As the house was empty, and I was in the process of decorating, the bedroom carpets were put down a couple of weeks before the stairs and landing. When the bedroom carpets were fitted I queried that they were using the correct underlay as it seemed rather thin for their best quality stuff. Nathan the carpet fitter assured me I had the more expensive underlay. Unfortunately, when the second lot of carpet was fitted with the thicker, correct, underlay it was obvious the bedrooms had the wrong stuff. I rang Eazylay but Glen refused to help telling me I had only paid for the thin stuff. The moral of this story is check your invoice. Mine does not mention how many metres of carpet or how thick the underlay is. I think it is a scam that they are regularly getting away with. If you do use this firm I recommend you make sure your invoice has all the details of what you are paying for on it. Good luck.
Great service and great job, fitter took his time as our porch is not square and he had to fit some " tiled " vinyl. Looks great . Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I brought a stain resistant carpet from easylay. It arrived on time and was fitted quickly. Two days later I spilt a very small amount of coffee onto the carpet. I did as described in the manual of how to clean up a spill. The next day the stain was there Still. I was told I had to get the carpet professionally cleaned first before they could help, which I did but the stain remained. I was then given the number of the suppliers of the carpet and had to deal with them direct as easylay would not do this for me. I then spent the next 3 to 4 weeks phoning the carpet company chasing them up. I was then told I had to get it professionally cleaned again as they didn't recognise the company and had to pay another £50. As the stain still didnt come out I finally got them to agree to send out an engineer who had to take pictures of the stain that was still there. He made lots of comments about how I must have done something wrong. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week with the results .. and here I am still waiting for an outcome… Watch this space
Excellent helpful service. Fitter even said he would work on day off to get carpet fitted. He even cleaned up afterwards. Thanks guys
