Really let down and disappointed. First time I’ve been to this place. Asked them for a decent £20 wash and I was advised of the mini valet. 1, There was a surge of customers and so the operatives main priority were just getting them in to the car wash. 2, They didn’t use any spray on my vehicle prior to wash so non of the baked on dirt had chance to start loosening up alloy cleaner / acid 3, The operative didn’t think I saw but he didn’t even get in my car and hoover it. He just pretended to use it. There is a ton of dirt both in the footwell and boot. 4, The alloys still have dirt on them yes I understand about baked on break dust but this wasn’t. It came off with a baby wipe 5, Inside where my iDrive controller was there were breadcrumbs and there was also dust over my dashboard. All in all, I regret going there and I regret paying £15. I should have gone to Kasher and don’t it myself or driven to James in Rochford.
I took my car here today as I am handing it back to the lease company. I said to the guys I needed it like brand. The team said I should go for the full valet. I did and wow they delivered looks great like new. Thanks all good job.Services: Auto detailing
The BEST car wash anywhere in my opinion. Always use this place and have great results every time. When we have visiting family they use this car wash too as say it is the best they have used. Lovely team who work really hard. Highly recommended.Services: Car waxing
Have been using this car wash for over 15 years. Went today and took the full valet, as the car was very dirty inside and out. it is now gleaming and spotless outside, and the interior is amazingly clean too. I have a feeling that some of the bad reviewers have unsatisfiable expectations when arriving with a extremely dirty car. My car was disgustingly dirty and stained on the seats especially. I won't need a full valet next time, so will take it back for a cheaper clean, but more regularly, now it has been cleaned thoroughly...
Didn't use the two bucket method. Same rag on the wheels, under door sills, windows and main body. Found new swirl marks and light scratches as a consequence. Failed to clean the interior and door cards well enough and I had to point out the obvious areas they missed. And most of the workers didn't speak English
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CARWASH! I used this car wash on a day where my car was really quite dirty. It had been used for a fair few motorway journeys which is why It needed a good clean. The board said £22 for everything I wanted, needed and more which included vacuuming and polishing the inside too. I got out of the car whilst they started cleaning inside and couldn't believe how dirty the outside was still , I don't like confrontation but it was so bad I knew I had to say something. However before I did the guy ceaning the inside says to me." I make it very nice for £30' otherwise its £25, I point out that it says £22 on the board and that includes a tyre polish and I only wanted a wash inside and a polish and vacuum. He then becomes very defensive and acts like if i wont pay the £30 he's not going to bother doing a good job, so I tell him the outside is still very dirty and I'm not happy. Firstly he says "well it's dirty" errr that's why I've bought my car to a CAR WASH He then tells me he's not to blame as he does the inside only. I ask to see the boss and he comes over and I show him how dirty it still is so they wash it again....they can not wait to get rid of me and do it quick and then ask for rhe money, I couldn't wait to get out of there so just hand over the money and leave. When I get to a petrol station and look at the outside, it has water streaks and still a dirty grill and the inside cleaning was appalling. I had to by some wipes from the garage and do the inside myself which came up lovely with no effort needed. I would never use this carwash ever again and feel people should avoid at all costs, money grabbing people.
Lovely friendly guys. Good job overall but a few bits missed inside and out which was disappointing considering they pushed me to take the £18 car wash saying that was the best option.
Good car washing place, I like washing my car here, great team work, like their commitment, always will recommend them.Services: Clay bar treatment
