I take our Audi there a the time.
The guys are fast and do a good job. When it's time to move forward I get a little wave to move to the next part.
I like the personal touch at the end when the boss man does a final check before taking  payment.
Car always looks lovely after.

Do a great job but often a long wait and as you seem to spend a lot of time between wash stages with no one doing anything to your car but worth the wait

This used to be the best in the area, and it still perhaps is, but sadly the standards have dropped. Too much tyre lacquar and alot of water marks and marks from dirty Chamonix cloths. 
It's still a better job than I'd do in the time and the money, but my last visits weren't up to their usual standard hence 3 stars.
