Days waiting for medications not sure what the issue though yet staff are polite as possible
I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. I have hsd which causes my joints to be very painful, effecting my hands a lot. I asked of they could help with my medication as popping the blister packs for 6 tablets at breakfast time and 6 at night was causing a lot of pain, plus lots of dropped pills. They arranged to have all my pills put into bottles so I can then dispense them into two 31 day pill dispensers, much much easier to manage. And the delivery people are always so lovely, always smiling and chatty. Edit - I had a call earlier this month offering to put my pills into trays for me and take care of ordering my repeats straight from my gp. I cant tell you how helpful this has been, how friendly and helpful the staff have been in these difficult times. Thank you so much!

They are working at a week later. If you order a script need to allow 3-5 working days extra for them to process your prescription. Not ideal, why not work overtime to clear the back log.
No logical system at all. Obviously they have a massive backlog that they can't get through. Nothing I'm prescribed is ever in stock and takes 4/5 days to order in even though they say it'll be in the next day.
I am surprised anyone uses this pharmacy at all, in my case and also what I have witnessed in my presence WOW Prescriptions in complete almost always one of the lady pharmacist very rude to say the least and after having scripts delivered for at least 7 years, they stopped and no reason or explanation offered. CHANGE to Tesco pharmacy they are the best and are ALWAYS courteous and polite.
This must be the best pharmacy in the UK. Very pleasant helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I recommend that all the staff should be paid double what they get now..they are well worth it.
Would give 0 , looks like going down the formal grievance process.
I ordered a repeat prescription from doctors for my son who is unable to go pick it up his self I was told there is a little delay so to ring on Thursday to make sure it's there this was Monday so I tried ringing on Thursday about 39 times Friday same today the following Monday same no answer so am I supposed to come 10 mile not knowing prescription is ready for my son who cannot go himself and cannot have it delivered because he can't answer door what a shower of
I would have given 0 stars if able to . I have just been in here and thrown out for standing with my wife . I am recovering from a grade 4 sah bleed and stroke on brain so cannot walk unaided . The chemist is the most ignorant rude person I have ever come across she wouldn't even call me by my name just kept calling me HIM . She then started having a go at the next person who walked in he was disgusted also . Never use that place again ignorant woman foreign or not its not an excuse to be that evil . The staff hung there heads in shame when she started up
