Went for cardiac scan and was dealt with by a person called Amanda.    Totally professional in explaining and carrying out scan.   Lovely personality that put me at my ease.  Five star treatment in 5 star surroundings.

I went to a&e sunday 1th feb after all the horror stories i was expecting to be there all day i was actually in and out in 2hrs...receptionist & triage nurse where very pleasant and the doctor i saw was brilliant he showed me my xray and explained exactly what was wrong with my arm (calcific tendonitis) answered all my questions and im sorry i didnt get his name to thank him personally.....our nhs might have its problems but its an amazing service

Horible hospital my father was left 15 hours on a chair at a&e even do he has referral done by gp to be seen emergently by a cardiologist!At the moment he is still there so 16h and still waiting

I was taken to the Ulster A & E, I was in terrible pain but was seen very quickly and taken to a Ward.  The medical staff we're fantastic and although they did not find the reason for condition they ensured that their counterparts in Scotland we're apprised of my symptoms making it easier for the Medics in Aberdeen to continue my treatment. 
I want to thank all the staff at the Ulster for the fine treatment I received.

I had to attend A & E on Saturday morning (15th July). I was seen quickly & attended professionally. A doctor called Barbara ordered a CT scan, but explained it could take a while (worst case scenario). However, it happened & was reported on pretty quickly. Everyone from the porter to the doctor were very friendly, professional & caring. I think everyone should remember there's always someone worse off than you & appreciate how hard the staff work. My experience was very positive.
