Very tasty Jamaican food and lovely presentation. One of the starters and the bbq jerk chicken were a little too spicy for me - they're supposed to be, but I personally would have enjoyed it more if it was a little milder, I didn't mention it because it did taste really good. The chef and his partner are so friendly and the service was great. Value for money and the novelty of being on a bus, reggae music playing in the background made this a thoroughly enjoyable couple of hours. Will definitely be going back sometime soon. Vegetarian options: Full plant based options.
Eaten from here a few times. Food is just amazing, owners are super friendly and your made to feel super welcome as soon as you arrive! Its also lovely to eat in and sit upstairs on the bus! Have a game of chess & relax whilst listening to the reggae vibes. Culinary skills of Chef Greg are top class! Food is good value as the standard is high! Go check it out, you won't regret it
Absolutely amazing. Honestly go here you won't regret it. Such a great experience from start to finish. Loved the initial surprise of finding out the resturant is on am old double decker bus. The energy and vibe is amazing. Staff are just faultless and the food was soo good, full of soul and love. You have to try it. I was in my bed and I just wanted to eat Caribbean / African food so I do a search on Google and I found this place with excellent reviews. So I went to the place and there was nobody they moved but when I called them the lady guided me politely into their new place which is B63 2QB maypole fields. WOW WOW WOW ! At the beginning I wasn’t sure because many people leave fake reviews but I can tell you this place is just amazing!!! I also have a high standard in regards to any food I’m French, we love good gastronomy: the dish was beyond my expectations! Warm welcoming by 2 ladies and the chef. Unique place and well decorating. A lovely experience inside of a double decker bus , I really enjoyed this moment after a crazy busy week at work. Lovely musique, peaceful place and clean ! I ordered the jerk chicken meal including plantin, salade and rice/ beans. I also take strips fried chicken, everything was so delicious so good, so taste. I will go back there for sure! Food and service was amazing! Staff are really friendly and make you feel comfortable. Really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to anyone! 100% will be returning! We tried the southern fried buttermilk chicken burger and jerk bbq pulled pork burger and both tasted great!
Never tried this place before, wow, we were blown away by the takeaway, fries with pulled pork, fresh coriander and spring onion on top, fresh and tasty. Spicy chicken on the side - I could eat that all day! Really good stuff, well done.
We have had takeaway from Soul Inah Bowl several times since they opened. The quality of the food and service is always spot on! Tonight we decided to go and visit them on their double decker bus and the food was so delicious! We had the bangin chicken, jerk pulled pork burger and jerk chicken burger. All for less than £30! The team are so welcoming and there is a lovely warm vibe. We will definitely be back. Thank you team Soul Inah Bowl!
I came by this restaurant by chance as I went to the gym next door it's actually a double decker bus!!! So couldn't wait to show my son and daughter, we arrived around 1pm and soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed we sat upstairs and I ordered the mutton curry, pulled pork burger, cheese burger and chicken strips with sweet potato fries. The mutton curry was presented elegantly with some plantain coconut rice and a salad it's the best carribean food I've tasted and probably the best restaurant food I've tasted!!! The kids were so excited and there were some activities to keep them busy until the food arrived which didn't take aslong as I thought it would honestly this place is a must see restaurant truly a hidden gem!
