Not happy at all with the store. Son bought a game last month, got home it wouldn't play. Disc all scratched. Put it down to one off. But bought another game yesterday £30. Got home to find wrong disc in the case and even that game is full of scratches. Have another wasted journey to take back to store. Will stick to merry hill in future as never had a problem with that store.
Think management need to look into re training staff and cleaning discs. Sloppy service, not impressed at all.

A plethora of entertainment to suit all. A huge range of pre-owned DVD's which would suit any film fan on a budget. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place ! Friendly staff and a large range of games and DVDS. The ground space is small and it's a struggle with a pram or wheelchair but the staff friendly demeanour is definitely something to pick up on I always leave with a smile just the small ground letting it down

some of the games are good and cheap priced but some others are very expensice i saw a minecraft for xbox 360 for 30 pound whereas i saw a minecraft for XBOX ONE in smith toys for 15 POUNDS
