I placed an order on 18th November. Sent 2 emails chasing it and finally someone left a voicemail this week, to which I emailed a reply. Still no update on my order as of 2nd December and clearly no one cares. Have used several times in the past, but this is the last time. Have requested a refund. Sad and disheartened: this is no way to run a business!! 3rd Dec: the company has contacted me. Watch this space!

Ordered items, zero contact after order confirmation.  No shipping info, no shipment received by courier, no response to email request for support, and they are keeping their phone off the hook to avoid taking calls.  Charged the order back via the bank  Avoid like the plague, useless business.

Well l ordered some Nush cream vegan cheese and chive which is amazing for lactose intolerant person. I ordered yesterday 23/01/19 and it arrived this morning 23/01/19 has they were chilled items l was very impressed with the packaging. See pictures below. Very good service and good packaging and delivery. Will be using again. Considering it came over night from Ireland to UK. Very impressed.

First class service, delivery was speedy and the packaging... Everything wrapped up in bubble wrap with cooler packs and little freezer bags on each drink. I was truly amazed. Thank you so much Soul Bia, I'll be ordering again very soon.

Extremely quick service, usually shipped the day after ordering and arriving the day after that! Brilliant range of vegan goods, from meat replacements to sweets to skincare, there’s an excessive amount to choose from. The owner has also put in small things like a chocolate bar to try at no extra cost alas, the items are short dated but that doesn’t matter whatsoever. Overall, five star service. Can’t recommend this enough!!

Ordered as I couldn't get the product anywhere else due to the pandemic then realised it was coming from ireland, which I then thought the delivery was going to be delayed even further. It was a nice surprise that the delivery was under a week and fast! Got here safe and sound :

The hamper baskets I ordered are beautiful. exactly what I have been looking for for the last 4 months but couldn't find. Excellent efficient service, would recommend Soulbia no problem.

We 2 weeks ordered ago still no delivery then SoulBia called and advised no product available -replaced with something else ..but the  items are not here

I had trouble finding "Look What We Found" pouch food which used to be available in Morrisons. A search on the web came up with SoulBia which produced the goods very quickly. I know the pouches to contain good quality meals. Excellent service from SoulBia. Thank you

Highly recommend Soulbia - I've ordered a fair few times now and have zero complaints. Website is easy to use, delivery is very quick and everything is well packaged!
