The worst customer service for online delivery. Literally just asked to removed the subbed item because it made me go £1.25 over my budget on one item you know what you’re doing trying to scam me with an expensive item, obviously knowing I bought the cheapest brand for a reason, then saying I can’t take the overcharged item off my order and can’t have my order if I don’t pay the extra. You seriously wouldn’t go up to me in your shop while checking out, put something in my basket and tell me to pay for it or I can’t have the rest of my shopping, so what makes you think this is okay?? I don’t want a £1.25 voucher for when I come back to you, I want to be able to pay my full rent. That £1.25 is not yours, hands off. So, I canceled my order and I will never go to you again. I am gunna wait an extra 2 days without food simply because you tried to scam me yet again and I won’t take it this time. Also your guy in the phone needs an attitude adjustment or a holiday cause he hates his job.

Expensive, along with the dual pricing Nectar points is annoying. Just goes to show how much they are ripping the consumer off if they can make profit on the lower price, in exchange for your shopping habits data.

The store regularly changes the store opening times without so much as a notice outside or an update on their website. I checked the website before I left the house. The website still incorrectly states 10am opening. The times seem to change regularly without letting the public know. It's not hard to update a website or stick a poster up

A nice place to try Nigerian meals in Belfast. The decor is cool and the service is nice.nnWe tried the Jollof rice, fried rice and abula with amala. The children enjoyed the Jollof rice and asked for extra and my wife said the fried rice was okay. I ate the abula and it was okay as well not the best but I finished my meal.nnThere was parking in front of the restaurant but we went after working hours. They also have a shop where you can get African foodstuff and their prices are okay

Great shop BUT: trying to get someone on the phone for just a simple question in absolute HELL. As a tourist with only limited time, I could only have someone drive me over to a shop and it costed us nearly ALL day. It's ridiculous! Have a real person answer the phone for crying out loud! You wouldn't phone if you didn't need to, now would you?
