on several occasions i have tried to call the surgery and i simply can not get through. the phone line is constantly engaged. After over 40 attempts at calling i finally got through only to be put on hold and then cut off. So annoyed with this level of service. Micheal Lyle as the practise manager don't you think that you should address this problem. This is the only gripe i have with the surgery because the staff are pleasant enough.

I have always had fantastic service from this medical centre. The doctors, nurses, phlebotomists and reception staff are so caring and helpful, whether in person or over the phone. Especially Doctor Monk, Dr Welch, Dr Rainford and Dr Baglee, who I saw this morning. Thanks for all your hard work, it's appreciated.

I really feel that this practice is definitely improving.I have recently received excellent care from all the team.I would especially like to mention Sharon the nurse practitioner,Dr Monk and Tracey the receptionist for their very caring attitude.

Doctors generally decent however had a couple that generally aren't interested. One particular locum openly told me that I was the last patient on a busy day and that his head wasn't really in it. He later went on to misdiagnose me and claim the best treatment for tiredness, lack of motivation, low mood, anxiousness and head tremor was 'lifestyle changes'. And that the cause was being overweight (I'm active and far from morbidly obese). I was (in hindsight) quite obviously starting with depression for which I'm still receiving the (eventual) appropriate treatment.

Always get an appointment if ring at 8:30 or get on telephone triage for that day. Can be long waiting time's upon surgery visit. Reception staff could do with a course on customer service skills. Doctors are 50/50 some like to listen others want you out asap. Can be a unpleasant waiting room with no atmosphere. Parking is a nightmare, either walk or park in the Belfry. Customer toilets are always clean.
