This is the worst Dr’s, they fail to diagnose patients and REFUSE to send someone to see a specialist when they’re at the end of their knowledge. Reception have to triage which is a load of rubbish and aren’t even able to book a face to face appointment for a possible chest infection. All appointments to be over the phone, like they can listen to a chest over the phone. This is all a waste of time, especially if the patient is at a much higher risk due to already being on chemo. Then for it to be down for an URGENT callback but is still waiting after 5pm and the pharmacy will be closed soon. Very poorly run practice. Makes my blood boil that the other reviews state it’s excellent. Joke!!
Wanted to share my appointment experience yesterday. Would like to highly recommend the Chinese Dr. Tom. I saw him with a concern and he was absolutely amazing. Kind, respectful. And treat me with dignity which is important to me as an overweight person. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. Mist of all he listened to my worries and answered my questions. So big thank you to Dr Tom. Also shout out to receptionist Mel who always goes above and beyond to help.
Not always had the best dealings with this practice However spoke to Mel on reception and she was excellent then spoke a couple of times to Dr Harriet Johnson regarding a long term issue Her service and attitude were absolutely first class Thank you both.
Thank you for the support you recently gave my father with his illness and supported him till he so sadly passed recently. Evreyone from the receptionist and dr’s was so helpful when we really needed them. From a grateful daughter
I would like to thank dr moss who performed two procedures one on my forehead and the second one on my shoulder which have both healed perfectly and very quickly ,dr moss truly does have healing hands .THANK YOU .
These Drs are ok if you can get an appointment. They are great at passing the book onto anyone that isn't them. Since the medication order line came in, you will be lucky to get medication's that you depend on. The reception seem like they have more work than they can deal will and it shows when dealing with patients. I'm not blaming the receptionists, it's not their faults. But it definitely comes across.
I received excellent care from the GP, both over the telephone and then face to face. She explained everything clearly, really listened to me and I felt valued as an individual. My treatment is working and I am clear about follow up. The receptionists were very helpful too.
I can say the receptionists have been very efficient and pleasant when spoken too about my issues. The doctors have been very professional in their job and have been very thorough with my care which is on going. I think the doctor I have seen is Dr Ayo I think I have spelt it wrong but he has followed up on everything that needed it. It will be a sad day when he has too leave and move on but I wish him all the best for his future and thankyou for the care he has given in these unfortunate and sad times we have been in.
Attended for original covid vaccines and today for my covid booster. Bright and early on a Sunday morning 8 50am. The directions were clear, the system was efficient and the staff were wide awake and friendly. Were able to check my history and tell me I was also eligible for my flu booster today so saved me a return trip. Thank you team for giving up your Sunday appointments were available all through the day, much appreciated.
I made a phone call this morning , the lady on reception was extremely helpful and booked me in on a doctors call back appointment . I was called back within 30 mins The doctors listened and looked at photos I’d sent and prescribed 30 minutes later I was picking my prescription up from the chemist . Feeling a little more comfortable this afternoon , top service . Thank you
