Went this morning for a haircut and a blow-dry. Excellent service, and very skilled hairdressers! I did not have to wait, the appointment was right on time. They have tea/coffee/biscuits. Highly recommend Sophie Butler for all treatments!

Sophie Butler hairdresser ruined my hair especially on my wedding day. At one appointment I was getting my hair coloured and was left under a heater that was so hot it burnt my head. Why does Sophie Butler Hairdresser have a heater to colour hair when no hairdresser anywhere else has a heater. I had a colour that lasted 2 weeks. I had the back of my hair cut short in comparison to the rest of my hair when I always ask for it to be the same length all round. I only noticed this on my wedding day photographs. My hairdresser who I paid a premium for got someone else to wash my hair then proceeded to make me wait with a wet head while she cut someone else’s hair. She did this more than once. The style of cut was so awful that people I know commented on how badly cut my hair was. I will not be recommending Sophie Butler Hairdressers. The real Sophie Butler is not the Sophie Butler in the salon today. I met the real Sophie Butler in the late 1990’s when I got my hair cut in the Greyfriars Gardens Salon that is now closed. Where is the real Sophie Butler.

Been going here for 10 months after other hairdressers ruined my hair, Nicole who became my hairdresser was very friendly, listened to my worries and concerns and I can now say my hair is feeling so much better.😁 I could always get a appointment and it always suited my timings. The shop it's self is clean and modern and very airy. The staff are happy and make you feel important everytime you go in. Will miss this hairdressers and hope to find someone who meets the same qualities in our new home.

I went to Sophie Butler for a revamp on my hair. As I was a new customer, we had a consult which was very helpful and enlightening actually. My stylist Chris worked with me on a plan to renew the health back to my hair before dying and gave me a beautiful modern cut to hold me over. The salon is modern and posh. The stylists are friendly and experienced. I've officially found my go-to hair spot for the next few years.
