I had the LV lashes done and asked for my eyelashes to be tinted black, when she showed me the end result she'd only tinted the top lashes. I've had LV Lashes done in many places and NEVER have they only tinted the top lashes! I got no apology and was told I'd have to come in separately to get the lower lashes done and I'd be charged AGAIN. The technician also tried to over charge me at the desk! She also took too much off the end of my left eyebrow when she did the HD brows so it looks like part of it is missing. NEVER AGAIN! After posting on their facebook page the owner asked me to come down and instead of being apologetic and understanding she verbally attacked me, accused me of abusing her and her girls online, insisted that no lower lash tint was done on a LVL lift and that there was hardly any difference in my eyebrows. She showed a total lack of professionalism! A proper salon would have at least have offered the lower lash tint for free and apologised for the misunderstanding instead of attacking the customer. I have never been so shocked at a salon's service before!

The first time I booked with Louise, she had the receptionist cancel when I arrived, saying her mother was sick; I accepted that as true. The second time the exact same thing happened, which made me wonder if she really cared about her customers or if she had something against me.
