I have purchased bags from here in the past, but our visit today left me irritated. From walking in the shop with my elderly Mother, the two ladies serving would not leave us alone, instead of allowing us to browse which I am sure would have resulted in a sale as my Mother was desperate to get a new bag, we were constantly pushed with " what about this one, what about that ". Showing my mother a bag which was totally unsuitable after telling them what she wanted. Sorry ladies but you need to back off and let people look in their own time without feeling pressured! If I'd have been on my own I would have been rude !
Very good choice of designer products reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant and helpful. A very nice shopping experience.
