Went today for Sunday lunch and it was yummy. Only 2 minor things, kids meals were a little expensive £9.50 each if I remember correctly but the quality was good so didn't mind too much. And a couple of burnt roast spuds, how ever there were plenty so didn't mind too much. If I was being picky then a menu on the table would help as we missed the board on the way in and a couple of the other tables also all got up to look. All round a good experience and we will be back.
An outlandish amount of gravy and an option for up to six yes that's right, SIX! meats on your plate for roast dinner. Nice roasties, crispy yorkshires and all for reasonable price. No complaints. Will be back.

A wonderful lunch time celebration meal for 6 persons went fabulously well. Good sized portions, cooked fresh and a good selection of drinks.
Really great experience lovely lady serving use nothing to much trouble for her will definitely go again great tasty food,value for money.
The first visit since the pub was refurbished and reopened. There were seven of us for lunch and everyone genuinely enjoyed the food. Fresh and well presented with a friendly service. Happily recommend.

Nice pub in the countryside. Very friendly and well maintained, bar staff were welcoming. There was a good choice of drinks. Interior decor was old style. Food menu is typical pub grub but the choices were good.
A great choice of menu covering all food options at great prices. Service was attentive.
