I placed my order with solo blinds, got a great price and the staff were lovely. As far as customer service goes and value for money i personally give them 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Stay well away from this family business. The quality and service is appaulling. The company have had three attempts to sort the problem. Fitting was arranged at their convenience only to find the appointment was not attended. A day off work wasted waiting around for nothing. There are companies available with a much better service.
