We had been there for submission of biometrics for my wife's naturalisation, it's a neat place well maintained and quite peaceful for quite time and good read
I went here some years ago. Staff were friendly and the place was spotless, and I managed to do what I went for
A great library and community space. Well maintained and staffed. Really good vibe and frequent activities to take part in.
Awful library, filled with young kids messing around. Whilst in here trying to study, constant police visits to teenagers who are disruptive and incredibly loud. I’d suggest going to Birmingham Library in the city centre instead.
Love that the library doesn't close during lunch hours. It's also lovely that it stays open later on Thursdays, but sometimes there's a bit of noise then because of shows running. It can get a bit busy near exams and sometimes after school, so it may be worth going to other libraries or getting there early
This 1960s building has been refurbished in recent times. It has a very welcoming feel to it, and I just love the decor and the colour scheme of the inside. I can walk into Solihull Central Library, and straight away get a sense of a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. I can get straight onto a computer, if I need to use one. Never have to wait. Sit down at a desk if I want to do say some writing, Or, if I want to read, sit in one of the comfortable chairs on the ground floor. There is an excellent selection of books. The staff are friendly, and always very helpful if you need assistance. What more can I say, other than that the people who run this library, have got it worked out just right. I would say the best library I've used in the whole of the UK.
Always enjoy browsing for books and just chill in this library. They have a Theater for show performances, a lovely cafe with amazing menu and helpful staffs. One of our fave place in Solihull. Love love love
Day out with our Granddaughter & the Core Library is a magical place at Christmas & the cafe serves tasty food at very reasonable prices. The staff are excellent & the place is spotlessly clean.
Superb place to read and work. Also great for families. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
Food seems good value but £3.25 for a tiny flat white coffee, scandalous.
