I've been ordering from here for years never a problem till tonight buggered up order and wouldn't send out the item they forgot yet my mum paid for that item and all she got was she get it free next time yet something we haven't eaten has been paid for how is that fair must be eating air as they won't send item out there busy I understand but popping it on way would be the general way of thinking

Unimpressed I've ordered from here many times but recently either the food is extremely late or they have got the order wrong. Today for instance I ordered a burger and chips and a kebab and specifically request that NO peppers or onions are to be added to the salad. I request this every time! Yet upon delivery low and behold the only salad I got was onions and peppers!!! NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I'll use charcoal grill in future as solent grill has gone from being amazing to down right awful.

Disgusting service. Food took over 2 hours to be attempted to be delivered. Due to roadworks they then refused to deliver to us. Lied to us on the phone, rude to us on the phone, refused to give me the name of the person I was speaking to because it was "none of my business" and then hung up on me. If you want to actually eat food avoid them!!!
