Absolutely terrible! Never ever again will my foot step in any of the branches! How can you loose a king size duvet??? I understand human error is a possible factor when you loose a sock or a pillow case, I probably would even understand a shirt, but a King size duvet is beyond me! Ok, i chased it for a couple of days, they eventually admitted they lost it and refunded me money i paid for it to be cleaned, so when i asked about reimbursement of a lost item, i ve been told that money i got refunded is for me to go and buy a new duvet. Excuse me???!!! I did not receive any service from you and ended up with no duvet! So, i was better of not coming to you in a first place, would still have my money in a pocket and a duvet- dirty but still present! Would not recommend it to anyone! And made sure my friends avoid Solent Dry Cleaners, as they might end up with £6 to buy a branded iteam that dry cleaners lost. Great job guys!
