We have used Pressing Needs a couple of times now and our experience is as impressive as ever. Quick replies to our messages, free collection and delivery and when I asked to have our winter blanket returned earlier it was done with no fuss. Large winter blanket returned within 3 days of collection fresh and clean and honestly the price is excellent. Hands down some of the best service we have received from a local business. Really good service, collected a load of ironing from my flat and delivered it all professionally packed a few days later. Exceptionally good, courteous service and a very good business to deal with. Quick responses to emails and friendly throughout. I cannot fault one single thing. 100% recommend.

I own a health & wellness clinic and have been using Pressing Needs since we opened 7 years ago. We use their pick up and drop service twice a week which is very convenient and I drop them 2 more loads a week. Tracey who usually picks up and brings in our fresh laundry is always cheerful and willing, despite the heavy laundry bags. When I drop off laundry, it is perhaps one of the happiest places of work that I have ever encountered. Always a good vibe and staff are helpful even when run off their feet. I have to mention Steph, who seems to run the place on a Saturday and again a star performer. We use Pressing Needs for the washing, ironing and folding of our tea towels, microfibre cloths and staff aprons for our busy cafe/bar. We have a weekly collection and delivery service. Paid to have my shirts ironed. They had them a week and when I got them back the sleeves had tram lines, some looked as though they hadn't even been ironed and were hidden in the middle and weren't in the clear celofan. Then when we went back after inspection they said they had been ironed and all they did was put them in a press and it made almost no difference they seemed that creases were fine. I'm going to have to take all of them to another company to be redone as there quality control doesn't seem all that great. Sorry to post this but hopefully it helps them to become better.

I used Pressing Needs for several years to iron my shirts etc, and their service was impeccable. They never missed a weeks collection or delivery, ironing was always perfect and every interface I had with them was super courteous and helpful. I took a break for a couple of years largely because I stopped wearing work shirts but decided to use PN again recently and was delighted to find nothing had changed. Same efficient service, prompt response to my enquiries and a whole stack of beautifully finished shirts/T shirts, it was like I’d never been away. Thank you to everyone at Pressing Needs. It is firms like you who keep the world going round because you offer a fabulous service, you employee people who pay taxes, you pay taxes on company profits and are a shining example of making a net contribution to our economy. You should all be very proud!!

Great place with friendly service. They we're able to take some curtains and a duvet the same day just after Christmas and they were ready on the date specified. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable considering the size of both items. Will definitely be using them again.
