Cute little shop, wide range of options for what you want doing. The first time I went there were bubbles on my nails on 2 fingers although not a big issue for me. Its cash only. Very much depends on who you get. The second time I came, I got a different person who wasn't the best. I feel like I could have done my nails better myself. The polish doesn't cover my nails properly and not an even coverage pink pic. She also brought back a different colour than what I wanted and I felt I couldn't ask for it to be changed after she started. Not sure I will be coming back anytime soon
It was a horrible horrible horrible experience! The youngest ladysat the the furthest table from from door was the one who did my nails and she was giving lazy, I-wanna-go-home vibes with really negative attitudes. I did show her what I want then after that for 5-10 mins she was saying she couldn't do the design I wanted? Design aside, it wasn't good but nothing special however she literally did it so hard it was bleeding. Avoid her if you want to get your nails done here!
Just moved to Leeds and tried out a couple salons and then I ran into soho. I now go every month. The care they put into my nails and their technique is so good. They do any design I come up with and have recommended to my colleagues in all saints who also go! They do everything. Highly recommendedService: Manicure
First visit was good and although on the more expensive side was generally happy with my nails. Second visit the therapist I had was at times rude and the nails lifted with one acrylic snapping leaving my natural nail unsnapped weirdly. Not the best quality definitely better salons
My nails look lovely, and they were done quickly, but I had to wait around half an hour after my appointment time to be seen as apparently they were overbooked. According to regulars I spoke to this is normal. Additionally, the underside of my nails is a little messy, but as I am not going to be showing that off, and they were busy, I'll be okay with it. Overall I would likely go back, but I'm looking for elsewhere.
Literally drew blood from my finger from using the tool incorrectly. The shape was not what I asked for, the ombré was really badly done and they started lifting after 2 days. They were also extremely slow- it shouldn’t take over an hour to do something so basic. Will never go back, and I got my nails removed elsewhere asap because they were so badServices: Manicure
Would not go here again! £37 for French tips. Got passed around to other people and some people who came later than me walked out before me! Really rude to my friend who was also getting nails and proceeded to cut me with cuticle cutters and told me it’s my fault as my hands were dry. The old Indian lady sat down to do my nails then said she can’t be bothered her back hurts so I then got passed to someone else. So rude, cash only too don’t use them!
Staff were rude and spoke to each other in their native language throughout the appointment. Got passed between staff as I asked for a nail design I saw on their instagram that it seemed only one staff member who was busy with another client could do. Prices were more expensive than advertised as they charge you extra for shellac which they dont ask if you if you would like. The final gentleman who looked to be training in nail art kept shaking his head at me throughout the appointment and yanking my arm instead of just politely asking me to move. Took so long to do as I had to keep waiting for another staff member and they kept popping outside for cigarette breaks or something. No point booking an appointment here either as they dont keep track and you end up waiting 30 minutes + after your scheduled appointment time for them to finish walk in clients.Service: Acrylic nails
Do not get any services here untill you want your fingers to be bleeding for 1 week!!!..Expensive and worst service ,the quality of product is also bad my nails got chipped of in just 5 hours. I would suggest not to spend so much rather go to other nail bars who do it for cheaper.This place looked premium so I was expecting the service to be better but I was extremely upset. I had the fingers bleeding ,sore and skin sticking out .Manicure is supposed to make your hands look beautiful but the staff here made it awful and sore. They dont even deserve 1 star,waste of time and money!!!!!Service: Manicure
Soho nails what can I say the owner is lovely but unfortunately your staff have no customer skills and are very rude. Well 2 very specific staff members. The first time I visited this very cute shop I was asked by a very young Chinese gentleman to move seats to have my nails removed. He was playing on his phone and decided to pop out the shop while the other technician did my nails on his return he asked me to move back to his seat. I was collecting my belongings to move to his seat and he said very abruptly "Move Now" I looked up at him and said "Excuse me don't ever speak to me like that again" his response was "I'm waiting" and I stated "I have also been waiting on you... what has happened to being polite and to customer service, is it now a thing of the past??? I'm bringing you business that's paying your wage". He apologised and did my nails and actually did a good job. Today I thought I would give them another go, the owner a lovely asain lady asked me to sit in the seat of a young Chinese lady. As the young techenician looked at my nails she asked if I wanted them the same , i said the same colour please. As my nails were ombre I picked the base colour, I then reiterated that i would like them ombre, she responded as they're already ombre we cannot place the colour on top of the nail bed again. She proceeded to place a new small tip nail on my pinky finger that had broke and proceeded to paint it white which was not the colour of my other nails as they were all pink and white. I said excuse me please can all my nails match. Her response was "I asked you it is too late now" I said to her " you did not hear me I said I want all nails to match" she said "no you did not" the owner stepped in and asked the technician to correct my nails. She got up in a huff and puff and stormed out the store, stood outside for 4 minutes and then came back in the store. When she was correcting my nail she dragged my hand, and started speaking to her co-workers in her native tongue. The other workers who werent chinese looked at me in embarrassment. The end result of my nails are not nice as she has shaped some of them different to the others probably as she was annoyed she was asked to correct her error. My nails actually looked better before I sat in her chair. The owner apologised but the nail technician did not. I was appalled at her attitude and general lack of respect. Manners doesn't cost anything. I was still asked to pay the full amount despite the treatment received In front of all of the other customers who also were not impressed at what they had witnessed.Service: Manicure
