Got a little worried seeing all these negative reviews, but they have been amazing with me! First contact was earlier this year when I was reckless and mentally unwell. After the police had to bring me home one night, I got a call from social work and was so embarrassed at first but… there was absolutely no judgemental and they even told me if I’m ever struggling to contact them. There is a waiting list for social work which is the only issue, but it’s not their fault. The two workers I’ve had have been absolutely amazing and treated me with dignity and respect. I feel like I will now be able to manage my disabilities better and have a better life with their input.
Passed from pillar to post. Told by addaction there is nothing they can do, they referred me here. Now I'm being told by social work addaction could have done more. Social work are doing their best to fob me off and telling me they can't do anything. There is no help. No wonder people are fed up living and don't want to be here. Absolute joke. Just used as a statistic. Most vulnerable in society don't have a voice and get ignored. Until one day they have enough and can't go on.

Useless sevice.not to be trusted.they will lie, promos the world and do nothing. When they screw you over enough ur dodgy social worker changes role.
They never answer your phone calls or reply to any voicemails or emails. It is ridiculous.
Just like all good magicians our social worker disappears lots and won't tell us why or how.
