I've not used a solicitor for many years. So always apprehensive about understanding legal matters that are so critical buying a flat in this instance. I have to say Emily at SO Legal was spot on, especially with quick and clear responces to some quite complex issues. The pressure was definately on and we all got there pretty well stress free. Throughout the process of purchasing our house we dealt with Ashleigh Evans. We really couldn't have been happier with the service received. She was professional and diligent at every step. The sellers solicitor wasn't the best and Ashleigh gave us daily updates, even if there was no new information. She was fantastic at getting the job done and we are happy to say there was no aspect of the service that we would have changed.
