Been going to snappy's for 20 years and never been disappointed. Generally good prices compared to other local take aways. Pizza is always great, and burger and chips go down well. Pretty diverse menu for different tastes. Waiting times in the shop depends on time of day, or local events, but delivery has never had us waiting long, even on busy evenings. They also have a great app which is non-nonsense and simply works well.
When the computer said 'no' I was sent the complete opposite of what I'd ordered. A quick call to the store they recognised that there had been an issue with the ordering system, and they sorted the order and delivered it with half an hour. Brilliant customer service, thank you.
the food itself was ok found that portion sizes gone down prices up but that's the way these. days . I am giving it this rating as the woman was so rude on the telephone really bad service . .
I have always loved the pizza from Snappy Tomato Pizza. Plentiful and reasonably priced, try their barbeque sauce as a tasty alternative on your pizza base.

Brilliant and reasonably priced food. Not had a bad experience and have visited on numerous occasions. I must say one particular member of staff suspicions are to be of that of the owner has a fantastic approach to customers. Always smiley, friendly and efficient. Hard to come by these days! Great job Snappys Dorchester!!
Really disappointed that this place has gone so downhill recently. After many years of frequent orders more than I am happy to admit I am now having to go elsewhere. I have always been super happy with the quality and service however over the last few months things have gone down hill. The quality seems to have slipped on the last few occasions but the nail in the coffin was some recent decisions surrounding payment methods. Initially there was a minimum £10 charge for card payments which in current times seems crazy, especially with the move of most to cashless transactions. This I could deal with however this evening I was told that they are no longer taking any card transactions and that I was to order through the website. Firstly I question this decision as somewhat of a backwards step and secondly the website is awful therefore making online ordering near impossible. There seems to be no way to personalise/add comments and there are several items missing such as specific condiments. In short, behind the times and they seem to be moving backwards rather than forwards. A real shame.
Great kebab shop, great staff, great food
We came to pick up pizza's by the time we got home they were not hot but that was our fault. The pizza sauce tastes naturally fresh and sweet, the dough was slightly on the chewy side, very generous with the toppings and generous portions very good friendly customer service happy with snappys
Fast friendly service. Delicious food. There is another pizza chain in Dorchester, who's pizzas always make me feel vaughly sick after I have one but not Snappy. Their pizzas are delicious and amazing. Have been going there for takeaways for 20 years. They were there first and they are the best!
