Disappointed with the service I received during my visit to this branch for passport photos. Firstly, I found the price charged for just 4 passport photos to be quite expensive. However, I decided to proceed, expecting a high-quality product in return. Sadly, this was not the case. After the photos were taken and I was shown the results, I was immediately dissatisfied with them. The photos were of poor quality - my face appeared blemished and dull, and the overall image looked unprofessional. The lighting was subpar, and it was evident that the lady taking the photos lacked the necessary experience. When I requested to give me a more natural look, I was told impolitely that this was not possible bc photoshop was not allowed to passport pictures. I have had passport photos taken at various places throughout my life, and I’ve never encountered such poor results or been told that nothing could be done to improve the image quality! I didn’t ask to make my nose smaller or eyes bigger, I asked to remove that strange purple and green reflections and stains from my skin - I didn’t have them in reality! On this pictures I looked like I just came from frost into the warm room or had dermatitis/allergy that was not true at all! Given the high price I paid, I expected much better service, attitude and results. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the photos and the lack of effort to accommodate my request.

Got my visa photo in less than 15 minutes. The only weakness is they couldn’t edit my photos. But I guess it’s because of the Embassy requirement.

I have never written a bad review, but I guess there's a first time for everything. Never before was I faced with such unprofessional and incompetent customer service. I was looking to get my passport photo printed and the employee was unpleasant to interact with and unhelpful. The photo was not printed properly and he refused to redo it. The whole experience made me feel awful. I would avoid this place. It is unprofessional, incompetent, and overpriced. I will have my photos redone in a different place, which charges half their 12.99 price tag.
The only place to get your film processed! I always get digital copies, which they send conveniently via WeTransfer pretty much within the day or next day, and receive my negatives when I can in person.
Today, I went to get passport photos, and they took pictures of my daughters. They were respectful and patient. One suggestion I have is to enhance the camera quality with better lighting.
This is the first time in my life to take the time to write a review. I had to pay way over what I asked for because of staff mistake and I did not receive an apology although I pointed out the mistake. I asked for 1 color-printed copy of my materials and 2 uncolored. I received 2 colored and 1 uncolored. The price is 1 pound for colored and 20 cents for uncolored. I printed 10 papers like that so you can imagine the price difference. I really did not respect the mistake not even being ackonwledged although I politely pointed this out and I wonder if all customers are treated like that or is it specific customers. Very unfair.
