I never leave a bad review I prefer not to leave at all but for this shop the HR has to wake up and see what’s going on. I’ve visited the shop a few times and every time I go there the staff members have an argument with a customer. I have to say that they don’t treat customers kindly, most of them don’t really bother to crack a smile. I was in shock the other day as even the store manager was being so rude to a customer, she seems to be always on edge for whatever reason and ready to pick an argument. Come on Snappy Snaps you can do better than that! It is one of you central stores in London! Treat your stores with respect! Whenever I go I experience an attitude from your staff, why do you want to make your customers feel unwelcome? we are afraid to tell your staff what service we need! Trust me! So why should I go there again? After my last experience I decided to leave this review and I hope the HR will listen and train their staff specifically for customer service!
I had a special photo printing job to get done. I visited 2 other professional places and I heard a lot of no's and no commitment in terms of quality. At this Snappy Snaps, I was looked after by a great sales person, who listened, reassured me, advised me and we came up with a solution I was confident with. When I picked it up today, the customer service was still excellent and the end product great. Simple, straight forward and great!
Absolutely brilliant experience here just now. Popped in to get some instant prints and Michał was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. It made a snap idea to get some presents for my daughter a wonderful experience. Thank you!
I was ready to be in & out after reading the reviews but Hannah was very helpful, friendly, and patient! Got my visa photos taken and it was quite efficient.
I’ve been coming here for years to get film developed. They’re incredibly professional and good with film and prints. Also very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable!
The customer service here was terrible, the man serving us was miserable and when we asked for help with the machine he just rolled his eyes and was not helpful at all. When the machine wasn’t working he said he’d be back to help but then didn’t come back and check. Once we asked him, he again rolled his eyes and sat on the floor trying to fix the machine with again another eye roll. I feel sorry for his colleagues as his manner and morale was very negative.
I went into Soho Snappy Snaps yesterday to see if they could do a quick print from a negative I needed at short notice for a hen party project. The service was fast, efficient, very friendly and really excellent in every way. I went in at 12.20pm and came out at 12.40pm with scanned JPEG’s of the image a couple of prints and a lovely frame too! Would highly recommend!
Always excellent service here. Pleasant helpful staff. Today dropped off 170 old photos to be digitised. I'm confident the outcome will, as.before be best possible. Based on the service I've received when a massive number of my photos were digitised and today's service I can recommend this franchise of SnappySnaps
A Saturday, I visited the shop to inquire about getting a print delivered internationally. The employee assured me they provided this service, so I placed an order. By Monday, it was ready for review. After reviewing it, I requested it to be sent to my international address. To my surprise, the woman informed me they don't offer international delivery and offered no assistance in resolving the issue. It felt like a transactional, in-and-out experience, resulting in wasted time and money. I won't be returning.
Go to the one nearer Goodge Street if you can face the journey. The passport cost was £15 there, here it’s £24
