We felt so welcome when we walked into this lovely little cafe, the staff were so friendly and helpful organising a table for our group. The coffee and food we had was so tasty, the picture is the Captain Ahab's breakfast. When I next visit Bangor we will definitely be visiting here again.
5 Star service in this very popular Cafe with the locals which is always a great sign. Really friendly staff. We tucked into a simple but delicous sausage roll with salad, followed by a scrumptious freshly baked scone washed down with great coffee. Highly recommend.
Really good breakfast/brunch options although not a lot of seating so just be aware of that. Highly recommend though because the food is delicious.
First time in Northern Ireland. First time having a Northen Ireland Fry Up and I must say I was NOT disappointed. The food here is AMAZING!! I wasn't expecting it to be this good, I'll be very honest but I will most certainly be coming back here literally tomorrow to try more of what's on the menu. The kitchen café is small but still great to eat and enjoy company. The service was also very smooth. Drinks came very quickly and not too long after the food came through. My friends and I were looked after really well and have all decided to come back ASAP! Great experience and I really loved it!!
Fire eggs a must! Good coffee too. Not many seats inside so not great for larger groups. Deli next door does lovely stuff too

Very pleasant visit with some friends today. Excellent food for a small place and a scratch above what you'd get elsewhere, and good value for money, we all left very full! The coffee was great too! We sat outside because it was a lot day and it was perfectly enjoyable. Very nice staff too!
Fantastic wee café! Brilliant service and great food! There was a little bit of a wait for a table but it was more than worth the wait! We were a table of 4 with two young children, tables of two seemed to get seat quicker as there's some high tables down the back. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back

All I can say is that breakfast was incredible. We both had the Captain Ahabs breakfast, I could not fault any of it and the soda bread was the tastiest bread I have had for a very long. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. It is in a beautiful location along the marina, it couldn’t be any nicer, if in Bangor, please eat here, it was so difficult to choose what to have, I’ll be back to try the pancakes or French toast the next time. Well done
