Basically I walked in to get chiken curry and chow mein, the chiken 'curry' is made with spice of some Chinese selection and I really like veggie food but you don't expect to find any chicken rather than peppers and beans with roughly 80% rice which is an absolute robbery so vegans paradise; the so called 'chow mein' is ready made dry as the Sahara and lacks any flavor. Thanks for making me sure not to go there ever again. Otherwise please guys improve a lot! Experience 0/10 Rip off 11/10
UPDATE: Curious why it took only 15 minutes to cook and deliver my food to my house that is 12 minutes away - turns out I now have food poisoning as does my friend. Food was clearly not cooked fresh. Will be reporting this. Incredibly quick delivery, food was piping hot as if it were just out the kitchen.
The worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. The food lacked any real taste and was Cleary all frozen. Would rather eat dog food than taste this rubbish ever agian. Disgusted by the lack of taste or real flavour of the food. Stay away from this desgrace of Chinese food. O/10 food 11/10 robbery
This is my go to Chinese takeaway! Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I personally think this is the best one I’ve tried in Bath and definitely the best crispy chilli beef ever. Always go back to it.
Feeling sick and needed something to eat. Got the Thai Tom Yum Chicken Soup and Hot and Sour Soup The HOT and sour îs really tasty The chicken ine îs a bit thick Look like jelly slightly tasty too i just didnt expert the thickness. Will be definately order the HOT and sour soup again
Service was very poor. I was given the wrong food and upon complaining, the guy serving became very defensive and basically said I was lying about the food I had ordered. I wasn’t asking for free food, nor a refund, just for the food I had actually ordered. On the other hand the spring rolls were slay
I'd been seeing this place for a while and wanted to give it a try. I ignored the fact that it had a lot of bad reviews online, which was definitely a mistake. I had chinese chicken curry with rice. The chicken had a rubbery texture and a slightly sulfurous taste which makes it pretty obvious they're serving expired chicken. This place honestly needs to be shut down, it's a health risk.
We have spent so much money on this. After work we really want some spring rolls and crispy chili beef. We spent 30£ for 2 people. While I was eating my spring rolls, having half of my food, I found a bug in them. I lost my appetite OF COURSE. We decided to call them and get a refund for everything as we couldn’t eat, even though we were so hungry. The lady on the phone kept asking us if we want to order and we were trying to explain her that we want to make a complain! she couldn’t understand ANY ENGLISH !! And she lives in the UK! So then we went there because we couldn’t communicate over the phone, we showed them the bug , and one of the guys said to me that I am lying and I put the bug myself in the food. Then we decided to give them all the remaining food we had which was more than the half, and prove them that we lost our appetite and we want our money bug. NO LUCK! I forgot to mention that there were bugs flying on the food while I was there and they kicked me out because I wanted to take a picture of the bugs. To the owners: I’m calling Heath and safety, I have pictures and videos. I’m going to close your filthy little shop with the rudest customer service I’ve ever faced in my life!
We ordered food via Deliveroo, and it arrived pretty quick. However, I was not pleased with the dishes. The Spicy Szechuan Chicken tasted bland and not spicy at all! Though I did like the Crispy Chilli King Prawn. I’m also disappointed that they don’t give you free Prawn Crackers, like most Chinese takeaway but I guess that’s more of a personal expectation. Overall, you basically get what you paid for.
Ordered via Uber Eats ! Wow I totally love it . If you want kinda original taste Spare Sweet and Sour or Honey roast Ribs this is the place to go order from ! I ordered a spring rolls and beef in a black bean sauce too , delicious! It was delivered by restaurant staff , the person was very polite and smiling although it was late evening , Thanks so much ! I recommend
