I visited Smyths today in Greenbridge, Swindon, and initially had an issue that left me a bit frustrated. However, all of that changed when I was assisted by Paula. She completely understood my concerns, reassured me, and resolved the problem quickly, transforming me from a dissatisfied customer into a very happy one. Paula is an absolute credit to the business, and Smyths are lucky to have her. Despite how busy the store was, Paula took the time to really listen and make sure I was taken care of. I was so grateful for her exceptional service that I returned with some flowers to thank her. Huge thanks to Paula once again, her kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference!
I spent some time at the click and collect point today, whilst being completely ignored by the monster working on the till. After what felt like an age, I called to ask if anyone can help at your dedicated click and collect point, only to be told to join the ridiculously long regular queue. Why have a click and collect point at all? No other retailer is this useless. I won't be returning.

Went in today to purchase a new car seat and pushchair for my daughter, we were greeted by Zara. She was very up to date with all of the knowledge for the items we were looking into buying. She was very kind and helpful and despite us taking up a large portion of her morning, she was still happy to help! She gave us wonderful customer service and I would definitely go back and ask for her help again. Thank you, Zara!
We had a wonderful experience buying a bike for my son, and I want to especially thank Hannah for her amazing help. This was my son's first time buying a bike—and he hasn’t learned how to ride yet—but Hannah was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. She answered all of my son's questions with care, no matter how small, and helped him feel comfortable. She even held the bike firmly and let him slowly ride it in the aisle to get a feel for it. Her kindness and expertise made the whole experience special. Highly recommend!
