Had an issue with my child’s electric quad bike. Adrian sorted it out swiftly and without any hassle. My little boy is very happy so am very thankful to Adrian and his team for resolving this without issue. Will ensure I will return for many more purchases in the future. Thanks once again. Disappointing Experience at Smyths, LutonnnI recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Smyths store in Luton. I went in to collect an online order that I had already paid for, only to be accused by the manager, Reece, of stealing the items. His approach was rude and confrontational, which was completely uncalled for. After I corrected him and showed proof that I had indeed made the purchase, he acknowledged his mistake but refused to apologize for the way he treated me.nnIt’s incredibly frustrating when customer service is so poor, especially when you’re in the right. I expect much better from a company like Smyths. I hope they take this feedback seriously and train their staff to handle situations with more professionalism and respect.
