My son spent all his birthday money in this store. He got a gun and separate pack of bullets….. nobody mentioned the bullets and gun didn’t match when he paid and he did open them without realising his error and we repackaged perfectly and they wouldn’t let us return for the correct bullets. This just felt mean they were in perfect condition and could have been returned to the shelf. We will spend our money elsewhere next time.
Took my daughter today for a birthday treat. It made her day and we met the manager too who was very helpful in showing us the things we were looking for.nAll in all a pleasant visit will definitely return as she loved it too .
Good parking space available outside. Nice toy store on 2 floors, lots of choices available for baby to teens . Staff is helpful and friendly.nWould like to go again.

Not the biggest smyth's toy shop we have been to but selling the usual popular selling items. the carpark is shared by other nearby stores and the exit point out of the car park could do with some sort of traffic lights to turn right at busy times a few mobilaty parking bays are by the Store front staff are helpfull and frendly
