I ordered online and self collection, my parcel arrived before the date. Good service. Bought heater for £28, Last summer bought fan and both are working quite good.

Large modern retail store in good location on outskirts of Luton. Good range of electrical items and especially TV's. We purchased a small TV but just seeing the quality of picture on the large sets is reason enough to ho check out the latest models. Prices are competitive and look out for offers on lots of stock too.

THE WORST CURRYS. Avoid at all costs! Would give 0 stars if I could! Customer service is the absolute worst. They don’t even acknowledge you. Staff pretend to work by faffing around on their tablets and just ignore you. Waited for over 40 minutes with no assistance whatsoever so left. Do not come here unless you want to waste your time!

Poor service on the day I visited. Normally I have a nose round the store and get accosted by the assistants during the middle part of the year. On this day, so close to black Friday, and Christmas I was left to my own devices at the top of the store. My intention was to TAKE HOME  a new tv. Staff were too busy walking around in two's at the front of the store chit-chatting. I even saw a little toy there for my baby grandson and decided to get it from Smyth's Toys next doors instead. I may be getting my TVs elsewhere in future perhaps and get a better service too!

There are Items displayed on the shelf, but when you going to ask for them they say its out of stock, its should be marked that is out of stock. I been looking for washing machine there and needed one which have 8kg capacity so staff member offered me 10.5kg instead of 8.5. Staff without any knowledge.

The salesman was really helpful,  very knowledgeable and informative unlike some young lady walking round the store with  clipboard asking staff stupid questions like she was testing them . I purchased a different item than originally intended due to such good info from the salesman,  I think Peter was his name, we enquired about laptops and he expertly advised and I will purchase when funds allow, I really enjoyed the inshore personal experience,  long live real shopping as opposed to online.

Very poor service given that it's a flagship store locally. I was informed that the gift purchased on line would have to be returned no help was offered from in store they could have taken out purchase and sent it away with new one sent out but nothing

Great product range. Sometimes too crowded and the service is not enough for the number of customers. Several times I had to wait a few long minutes for someone to help me with the products or enquiries.

Luton- Waited in shop for more than 2 hrs to be saved . Manager Kurt  was very rude and stated that there was nothing he can do about it .. We had two little ones asked for a toilet and where asked to go elsewhere.Carphone Warehouse staff  member was behind with his own workload asked to help out other areas whilst neglecting his own customers .. Stated that he had to take instructions from the manager. Horrible service .  Manager  Kurt

Best place to buy laptops. Highly recommended
