Just want to say Cameron has excellent customer service and knowledge. We came in today for pokemon cards. He went above and beyond showing us what was available. We left happy with what we had bought. I'm sure our nephews will love them.nThank you for all your help Cameron.

Always do a smyths run for my children's birthday or Xmas, always well stocked and competitive prices.  On good retail park for full family day shopping.

Staff member strangely rude for no apparent reason when asked a question with a polite attitude? Concerning.

Where do I start, brought an electronic from them. Payed a lot of money for it. It was covered in dust, so of course I was going to open it to make sure it's OK. Go back to ask for refund won't accept it as has been opened. So u expect me to be ok with a product which was covered in dust and not open it and not check its ok. Also the fact is I practically felt ganged up on by a group of staff when all I wanted to do was return an Item which hadn't even been used. So don't bother buying anything which you might have to return if you've opened it for any reason. They will make you feel small and like its your fault. Maybe start cleaning your shelves and products before selling them. Disgusting.
