Would like to thank Phoenix for the fabulous customer service today. We bought a faulty doll no way the store could have known, manufacturer issue but Phoenix exchanged for me. The store was incredibly busy and the staff in there were all working hard to meet everyone’s needs. You all deserve way more credit than you are given! Happy Holidays!
The checkout staff and the manager on Christmas Eve clearly don’t care about their customers. My daughter picked up a toy on the shelf and was told she couldn’t buy it because it was sold out, it should have been sold out, but it’s clearly in front of us. I asked if they can sell it as a sundry item or find a way around, as the price is all the same in the that category. But the answer was NO, NO, NO. So my little girl had to walk away with enormous disappointment. I will not spend any more money there. Cheltenham needs another toy shop.
I am absolutely appalled with the level of service i recieved today from Chloe who was working on the check out, not only did she drop the christmas gift i was purchasing for my daughter, there was no greeting, no onward message and no apology for dropping it. People are working incredibly hard to afford christmas this year and when spending alot of that hard earned money on trying to provide a memorable Christmas's for there children, there should be an element of care taken when handling the gifts being purchased in the store and not slung through the check out like a bag of potatoes. I suggest Chloe is given some customer service training.
I am currently wheelchair bound, my sister asked me to pick up several items for kids presents. The manager, Paul, came out to the car and checked the order and brought the items to my motability car. A top man, Smyths should be proud.nnVisited it again and Shaun was helpful carrying my items around the shop and to the car. Great help. During another visit Mort helped carry my shopping to the car. Brilliant service as always.
Black Friday offers only apply to anything you don’t want to buy. Other than that, I’d recommend buying from Amazon!
