We are extremely happy with our log burner. The team from fosse fires have not only been extremely helpful and friendly while we were choosing the product but throughout the installation and onwards they were always happy to answer any of our questions. I would highly recommend the products and the installation team!

Fosse Fires Ltd - Absolutely brilliant from start to finish.  Russ, Amanda, Brad and Matt are a fantastic team.  The log burner and flu look amazing and we are looking forward to using it.nnClass Act and would recommend them to everyone and such a lovely family run business..

Absolutely A1 experience from start to finish. Started with the excellent website when we looked they did have more stock than was on there at the time, so do check, shortly followed by visit from Russ was really helpful in giving us an idea of what we needed. Then we went to the showroom which - although small - has absolutely everything you could want to look at, so much so we ended up buying two completely different logburners for our sittingroom and office from what we imagined we would go for. Be aware these guys are busy so we had to book installation with a lead time of around 6 weeks.nnThe installations themselves went really well plastic sheeting recommended, our chimneys were quite sooty! - a team of three very courteous, expert, tidy guys, with a special tutorial at the end and the first lighting! The modern logburners look absolutely amazing in our very old cottage and we're booking in for an annual sweep and service. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Requested a survey to decide on a log burner for our house, had to chase them several times. When they finally came in, we were told several times it 'might not be worth it as it doesn't seem that you will be living here long'. Maybe it was our foreign accent and they expected us to leave although this has been home for us for many years, or maybe something else - nevertheless it was simply RUDE and uncalled for, and we found another company that was happy to take the job.

Purchased a new log burning stove  a Burley Brampton from Fosse Fires and the advice, information and service from Russ Mulligan the Boss was exceptional.nHe made sure we were buying the right one for our needs.nThe fitters Brad and Matt were careful, efficient workers.I even use exceptional again.No complaints at all.nThank You Fosse Fires.
