Amazing service from SMS. We had a fuel leak when passing through, but SMS sent Callum out within 30 mins of our call, who was a capable, lovely guy and had us on our way within the hour. Can’t recommend them enough.
Volvo MDI unit failed at the start of our holiday when just arrived in Salcombe. Jake was absolutely brilliant at diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts and getting an engineer out to our boat. John and the team at SMS have been handling engine installations for my company for many years as well as supporting us for our spare parts requirements. Very knowledgeable and fast to respond. Highly recommended.
John has got the right propeller in 2 days, lifted and back to sea 1 hour later, able to go back to France directly. Quick effective and kind !! What else could we ask for ?? We recommend firmly and without reserve French yacht « SESAME »
