Overcharged by amateurs! Awful Garage. Awful Employees. I got charged £90 for them to take the lock out of my bonnet, spray some WD40 on it and put it back. Other garages were charging less than this for a brand new lock. They struggled to put the lock back in. It was setting off sensors saying the bonnet was open when it was closed. The lock then failed again shortly after. Refused to do anything about it. Employees were extremely rude and tried intimidation tactics. Complete Bodge job. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great service and knowledge. We had a recurring problem with an electrical issue and SMR found the problem and sorted it very quickly. Great people, value for money and would definitely use again!

Top guys! We broke down on our way to camping with the kids but managed to get a few miles further to SMR. Rang a ton of garages but SMR were the only ones to invite us down straight away. In under two hours we were back our way and can't thank them enough!! They really came through when other garages turned us away and even helped unpack the car and repack to get to the buried wheel nut. Thanks again guys, we made it and raise a glass to you 😀👍

I turned up this morning in a mad panic as my car had run out of MOT. The guys at SMR booked me straight in at 8.30am this morning and MOT'd it for me; so now I am all ready for Christmas and no more stressing out! You are amazing, thanks so very much.
