Where to begin... so we booked the Waterfront and sat inside because it was chilly outside. We had a booking for 20:30. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and we looked through the menu for quite a while before someone took our order. We ordered the sushi which had dynamite shrimp. It was ok but took forever to arrive , we had to remind the waiter and he then went to find out where it was. Then someone came to us to say last orders were at 10pm, no idea why they were letting us know that as the mains we had ordered still hadn't arrived at this point. Eventually they came at 22:30. How ridiculous! We had the beef burger and my husband ordered the fish. His fish portion was quite small and my burger was freezing cold and horrible tasting so I sent it back. I just ate the badly made chips , which were oily. Horrible food / experience. Overrated rubbish, would definitely not recommend.
Great service and vibes here. Shisha a bit too pricey considering it burnt through after 30 mins and they suggested we pay for a new head. Food is quality!
Worst place for a shisha or food I've ever seen. I was waiting in line to be seated for around 15 minutes, then spoke to a guy who said they'll find me a seat. 5 minutes later the people behind us end up getting seats before us. I told one of the staff members who noticed, he shouted at his staff members for not tending to us, then found us some seats, but went storming off without giving us a menu. We waited around 45 minutes in which time we spoke to different staff members asking for a menu. After a while I ask the people who were making the shisha is it okay if we just get 1 shisha pipe with any flavour doesn't matter which one... They replied we don't do shisha at this time of night as they are too many orders... It was clear they couldn't handle the workload of a normal shisha lounge, and the staff were painfully horrible and ignored everything we asked for even if it was a menu, I still didn't receive a menu in the hour that I was there. Can you believe going to restaurant and asking for a menu then not receiving any. I understand not getting food, but not getting a menu... To call itself a shisha lounge or a restaurant is a mockery to those who actually are.

Hidden gem on the themes. One of the best shishas I’ve had. Staff are super nice and welcoming, especially Tanim. Highly recommend! They have heated lamps outside. Only thing I would recommend is some outdoor music!
very poor customer service. Waited 30 min to be seated, and then another 30min for shisha. Once seated at the table, wanted to order some drinks, asked two different waiters to place the order, they said they will come back but never did, so was quicker to go to the bar and order myself. Tables, shisha dirty, no smiles or any sign of positive body language, gave us a feeling like we are disturbing them. Would not recommend.
First the food was very good 4 stars. A little expensive but that's what you should expect at such a nice location. So why 2 stars overall... To start at the beginning we were given one food and drink menus for the table and we asked for more but they never arrived not a huge problem. We didn't get to see the shisha menu at all since it was never brought over either even though we asked for it. When we ordered, we were asked by the staff to remind them of our food and drink order 3 times and it took a really long time to be brought out. we waited more than 45 minutes for 2 mains and a side. We asked for water during the meal and it also took a long time to arrive. We had planned to stay for shisha too, but didn't want to risk waiting so long that we wouldn't have time to really enjoy it. This was a shame since they use really high quality devices. Maybe the service is different indoors? Oh but as a positive?... when we wanted to leave the bill was brought in less than 20 seconds, and the waiter was ready for payment before we even had a chance to look at the whole bill. Service charge is forced on you and tbh i wanted to argue because this was rubbish service however I'm sure that it would have taken a long time too and I'd had enough of waiting.
