Bakewell is a lovely town to visit, the carpark is a very good carpark, the drop in one star is the trouble paying in the carpark.nYou either need lots of coins as it's £6 for the day or you pay by card unfortunately the issue is that there is no internet connection and nowhere to go and ask somebody to try and find out how to connect or to exchange some money for coins.
Lots of parking for Bakewell which gets really busy. Have people directing you to the spaces. Reasonably priced and you just walk over the bridge to the centre of town
A really easy car park to find with plenty of space on a Bank Holiday weekend. Fairly priced and easy to pay, on exit. Really close to the town centre over the footbridge.
Great car park £6 for the full day, to explore Bakewell its a must. The weather was a little cool, but plenty of nice little coffee shops to warm up and rest, what a wonderful day.
Always thought this was a good carpark, until I needed a disabled space for my mum today. From all the spaces they have, NOT ONE DISABLED PARKING SPACE IN THE WHOLE CAR PARK and its a big car park!!!! And I don't mean they were full, they simply don't have any at all!!!! Discrimination at it's finest & clearly unaware of the disability act!
