had my car for 4 months just to replace a bumper and 2 head lights car came back with heavy steering sent car back and told me wheel ailment was out so had car back steering was still heavy drived car as i was driving at 60mph i lost power steering and nealy lost control of my car with 6 month old baby in car. car whent back and garrage told me power steering fluid leek was caused by accident and this should off been checked before car was returned to me please keep away from this garrage my car insurance company is insurance so dont use car insurance as thay use this garrage and after 4 months off stress wrote my car off if any one can pass on measage dont use saga car insurance whem i told saga car insurance i nealy had a bad accident with 6

Poor communication and more important to me, my car was returned with a fault leaving me with a serious problem. Very unhelpful and unwillingness to resolve my issues. Would never recommend or use again.

Basically they fixed some damage to my car but caused some extra. When it was returned for further work to rectify those faults only some of the issues were resolved. I'll live with the damage - it is minor, cosmetic - but I will never allow any vehicle to be repaired there.

Terrible garage This garage is a total shambles. They recovered my car after a serious motorway accident atmy insurer's request. They needed to be chased by me, they turned up 3 days on with a filthy replacement vehicle, they dithered about getting my stuff form the car they recovered. The office woman was rude on the phone, when they said they will ring me back they never did , later said they rang , but phone number she gave me was not mine ( or anything like mine). I think this is garage best avoided, I definitely have no good word about them and will avoid like the plague.
