Bought 3 sheets of ply and asked for it to be cut to my sizes, the guy cutting the ply was extremely busy with a big order but still fitted me in. The cuts were very good and they even loaded it into my car for me. 
The 2 members of staff that dealt with me were friendly, polite and helpful. While I was waiting for my wood, several other members of staff asked if I was being dealt with.
A perfect buying experience, shame more companies aren't is good.

Very helpful in both shops, and have every thing you could you need and more. However left a message on websit under contacts NO CONTACT, and its 2 weeks ago.

Friendly staff...however.....delivery service not good, still waiting for my delivery so will not be getting my fence up today!!
