This is the one of the best and most professional providers of dental care that I have ever attended to. Claire is an extremely talented dentist and always strives for the best care, looking at all details, taking dentistry to another level. Her nurse Alana is very caring and is alway ready to help even after very long treatments like mine. I was welcomed with a smile by all the staff at all times. Thank you very much to all.
I recently visited Dr.Yuliya and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Dr.Yuliya speaks several languages, which made it incredibly comfortable for me to communicate in my native language. She quickly identified my dental issues and most importantly, she saved my tooth I had been suffering for a long time and was fearful of the pain and cost£, but none of that was a concern here. Additionally, Doctor outlined a treatment plan for my other dental needs and provided valuable advice. It was evident that Doctor genuinely cares and takes the time to understand her patients’ situations. Thank you so much for your work. I am no longer afraid to visit the dentist and will definitely come back to you P.S. The Ladies at the reception were also very kind and I didn't feel any discomfort at all even though I am usually afraid of dentists and completely forget my English when I am in a clinic

I’ve had to delete my previous review very positive so that I can leave another one, because this place deserves it. I’ve just had some work done by my dentist, Dr Claire Burgess. Claire is surely one of the best dentists to be found anywhere, a person who is truly at the top of her game! If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only excellent at the job but also with tremendous personal skills to make anyone relaxed and comfortable, look no further, she should be your new dentist. Plus a mention for the reception staff, always friendly and helpful. This is a 5 star place!

I had a complex extraction procedure yesterday done by Yuliya. I was very nervous as it was my first extraction. However, Yuliya and the dental nurse did everything they could to make the experience as comfortable as possible. They are both incredible and has restored my faith in dentists. Thank you both so much!
Cannot fault Smile Concepts. My dentist is Sean and the hygienist is Tracy. They both put you at ease from start to finish of treatment. The staff on Reception are great too. Would fully recommend going to Smile Concepts, especially if you have a 'phobia' about Dentists etc. Gold star.
Always an excellent service. The Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I see Sean, who is marvellous and puts me at ease and Tracy, my hygenenist who is lovely. All the staff are very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else. Five star service.
Currently undergoing treatment with Dr Power as he comes highly recommended from my sister who has completed treatment. He shows passion in his work and always informative and explains everything fully. Really friendly and profesional practice and all staff are welcoming and friendly.
Had the clear correct braces. Monthly cost helped to spread the cost over the course of treatment interest free. Friendly practice. Made me feel at ease. Achieved the results I wanted in less than 1 year.
