Went to ascent dental Solihull yesterday for a tooth extraction under sedation for orthodontic treatment I’m having locally to where I live I’m too anxious to get it out without sedation and I cannot even express how lovely the entire team is, from Reception, to the nurses, to the dentist I saw, everyone was so lovely and reassuring despite my anxiety, I felt extremely looked after and it was also very affordable compared to some other quotes I’ve had! Cannot fault them, I would give them 10 stars if I could! Wonderful experience for someone who is so terrified of needles in my mouth!

I am a very nervous patient - the anxiety before having treatment is unreal. However, I have had two treatments with sedation now with Jas and both have gone very smoothly. The team are amazing at keeping you calm. Previous experiences at other dentists have always seemed rushed which has led to so many negative experiences. I had emergency treatment at an NHS dentist a couple of weeks prior, and despite having an x-ray, they didn't pick up a couple of issues with other teeth, but Jas after a thorough examination noticed these and explained the problem and resolution straight away. This was then all completed the following week in one very calm treatment. I would recommend the team and the sedation to any patient who wants the dentist to be a more positive experience rather than one that fills you with anxiety. Thank you so much.

Before I started my invaslign journey I had engaged with multiple providers, but as soon as I met with Gursh and the team I knew straight away that Ascent Dental Care Solihull was the place I wanted to proceed with the invisalign journey and I am glad I did. The team have been very helpful throughout the journey, listened to my concerns and then also reassured me. I have now finished my Invaslign programme and the results speak for themselves. After some disappointing quotes/apps at other local dentists I attended Ascent and decided on using them for my treatment. So far great service, great communication. Open, honest and straightforward.

Honestly I cannot thank the dentists and staff here enough  After suffering with toothache for 2 days I was depserate to get in somewhere as the pain was unbearable.  I have not been to the dentist for 5+ years after a bad experience with my previous dentist i’ve never been back and I was SO nervous!  We rang on wednesday at 2pm and the receptionist said they could get me in at 4:30 that day. When we got there we was greeted and the receptionists were SO lovely!  The dentist I saw i think it was Mo? Made me feel so so comfortable he understood how nervous I was and made me feel at ease straight away! He numbed me right up for pain relief and offered for me to have it out the day after!  I went back and saw another dentist he recommended and being a nervous wreck and this being my first tooth extraction I was so nervous and scared! He made sure I was relaxed and kept checking on me which I really appreciated, I can’t remember the dentists name but he was so lovely and I was in and out within 20mins! He got my tooth out in one!  I just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Ascent for everything they have done, I know to some people it’s just having a tooth out, but for me to step foot in a dentist was a real big thing and I’m so glad we found Ascent! Your staff are all a credit to the business and I would 100000% come in the future

Ascent dental Care are the only dentist that I’m comfortable with. Having a bad fear of dentist, I decided to go to Ascent after hearing good things about how they care for nervous patients. Best decision I’ve ever made! I now can attend my appointments with confidence and this is a huge deal for me as I used to attend other practices when I didn’t avoid them altogether shaking like a leaf! Best dental practice ever. So much so that when I move house 6 months time, I will make the 1 hour commute as I am unwilling to attend anywhere else. Thank you Ajay and all the staff for being so amazing at what they do. I feel like a brand new person and can’t thank you enough

I went to check if I could still wear my retainers after not wearing them for a couple of years and my teeth moving. I expected to be told that I would have to have more retainers made, which would be costly. However, rose informed me that as long as I could still get my retainers on, which I could, then it was fine to wear them :-  Rose was really friendly and helpful. I also had my 4 year old daughter with me and Rose was absolutely lovely with her, pretending to check her teeth as well :-

Superb Invisalign treatment from Ascent dental care. They fully inspect to make sure the best results have been achieved, and extend the course of treatment if necessary, at no added cost. Transformational. Very happy with the results, highly recommended.
