This is a great dental practice. I have been seeing Sarita for years, and have always been happy with her work (having had negative experiences with other dentists in the past). She is talented and highly professional but also very considerate and friendly, and happy to discuss any concerns and answer any questions you might have. I have always found the other staff to be helpful and professional, from the receptionists to the hygienists. I no longer live near this dental practice and the fact I still go there is a reflection of how much I trust Sarita and appreciate her work.

I don't recommend this clinic. After being told I needed to spend £1K on some ridiculous private technique for gum disease treatment - before I'd even received a report (!!) I went to Eastman dental hospital and they said I didn't need this, just a good deep clean that cost me £90 with my regular dentist. They will scam you here if you're not careful, and Evdokia Chasioti is all about her credentials, (she'll throw her credentials at you to convince you to spend unnecessary money) with little to back up her ridiculous decisions for patients. Beware, they'll ask for your money to do unnecessary things. They have been reported to the General Dental Council who were not impressed by their money grabbing behaviour. Not recommended.

In response to your response: I have sent you an email regarding this today - I do not allow my real name to exist on any Google page, that is a fair approach - my stance regarding how your practice dealt with my prospective treatment does not change and the informal report to the GDC was made, a formal one has been written now that I have had time to reflect and will be sent when I decide I have all the information regarding this incident.

Dr Kotecha is a very honest and hard working dentist who has always puts patients needs first. 

Very good surgery and staff.

The moment I walked into Dr Kotecha’s surgery it was like a breath of fresh air. Very patient and outstanding customer service. Dr Kitecha will always take extra time to explain everything.
