I went into the store today to buy my daughter some snacks. The cashier completed ignored me and made me felt so unwelcome. I think she realised she didn’t speak to me and asked me for the amount . I then said “oh the shop smells lovely” and she turned away and ignored me. I gathered my things and she turned around. I said okay thank you bye but she deliberately ignored me. I will raise this issue with someone as I don’t think it’s acceptable.
Good quality for good price! I like this shop and it's variety of Polish food.
Excellent place for quality Polish produce. For those with a sweet tooth a bit of a paradise for the fresh cakes, biscuits, bottled fruits etc. Buy your food here and you will see the huge difference between their products and the likes of Tesco and Sainsbury. Pricier but then if you want quality you should be prepared to pay a little extra for it. Staff are friendly and if you are like me and don't speak Polish they are happy to explain what something is and recommend items.
Very good selection on products, still make sure you check your bill before leaving the shop as you might have the surprise to be charged for things you didn't buy.

Superb Polish shop with plenty of good fresh food, love the delicatessen counter where you can find off cuts at a cheaper price, ideal with sauerkraut for a choucroute! Polite and caring staff as well.

Ladies charge different every time when I buy bakery I ask if they can make price list but they completely ignored my suggestion. If you would like to be charge different every time when you visit then go ahead!
Fabulous selection of good quality food. Unfortunately they are not trying hard enough to maintain the 2m separation, staff in particular were carrying on as normal and getting very close to customers. They are also not limiting the number of customers in the shop.
I love going into this shop. The staff are friendly and the shop itself is stuffed full of delicious Polish food. I'm a regular customer.
