We have ordered takeaways from here for a few years now and have never had a bad one. We are just tucking into one now as we speak and it is delicious! Piping hot on arrival, generous portions and really fresh. Would highly recommend. Sarah
Absolutely disgusting food chicken balls were chicken nuggets actually small chicken nuggets curry sauce can't describe colour between green and grey I would say first time had food from there never again give it a wide berth I will be 1 star rating and don't think they deserve that food went in bin had a bowl of cereal which I gave 5
When I moved to the area many moons ago, this place was my go to takeaway, with a fleet of white delivery cars just to keep up with the volume of orders from satisfied customers, but then it got taken over and the food became beyond poor! We stuck with them for while because we thought that this was down to growing pains, but no, the food remained disgusting! That was 15, 20 years ago but decided to order again recently because I figured that is they were still in business then things must have improved, but OMG NO! Absolutely disgusting, gave the whole order to the dog, but she wouldn't touch it either! How are they still in business after all this time? I guess they must have a second source of income. Anyone noticed that the review previous mine is 5 star? If you check this out they have done many reviews, all 5 star, just saying
Special chow mein was more like last weeks road kill, absolutely disgusting, salt and pepper chips hmmm not what I would call them, complete waste of £42, would not reccomend and certainly won't go there again.
What an absolute terrible terrible Chinese!!! King prawns were tiny prawns still half frozen covered in mush and not even cooked nevermind battered! Opened the pot of “curry sauce” to find a pot of slop that was jelly consistency! And as for the crabmeat and sweetcorn soup which contained no crabmeat and was freezing cold! Called the restaurant to explain but the owner gave me nothing hit grief telling me that she’s been open for 25 years and swearing at me over the phone because I asked for my money back! Terrible service and terrible food stay well away!!
Ordered food for collection told 20 minutes arrived 25 minutes later then paid. Still waiting for food said they were still cooking it after another 10 minutes!!!! Rubbish cannot recommend.
The food we've just ordered was inedible. The mains & sides were all cold or undercooked.
2 hour wait for a delivery and then when called about it they put the phone down will not be using again also was cold when we finally received it.
I ordered a takeaway and they said it would be an hour to deliver. It too two hours. The rice was dry and the meat was burnt. The sauce was like cuppa soup and has a nasty texture. Some people seem to like this food going by the other reviews but I will not be going back.
Last night 16 th April 2021 I ordered crispy duck not bad , not good and the house special fried rice . . . I don’t know what they put in this apart from tough dry chicken and pork but it tasted like either luncheon meat or cat food it was disgusting !!!! . . . never again
