I visited this kfc last night and I was impressed with the young boy on the front counter. He was all by himself and he was so kind and apologetic. He was serving customers, packing orders and taking drive thru orders all by himself. We had a problem with the kiosk not showing a meal we wanted to order, so he sorted this out for us on the till and was very lovely. All of our order was correct and fresh and hope he gets the recognition he deserves for working so hard on his own and doing a great job :

They have managed to get my order right more compared to other KFCs I have been to tho for the most part I don't think this can be called fast food as they are always slow to serve.  Parking is reasonable and the place is standardly clean. Always been hot and crispy chicken served to me. Everytime I go i see a different member of staff so clearly working there is not great and some staff clearly wish to be elsewhere when serving people.

Came here went through the drive through, we went to the window with the speaker no one came to the window or answered the speaker. Then waited for agers only two cars in front one serving, looked like doing the drove through talk to with head phones on his head. We waited for 30mins got to the window they said what's your order.  We said we not ordered no one answered the speaker or came to the window. Very confusing place, not like your normal drive through needs more signage or intel me thinks. On how to order your food so in the end we parked up just went inside to order which what should done in the first place..

It was cold inside the building when I dined there and the fries were cold too. The chicken was freshly cooked. But over all it was to cold to enjoy any foodFood: 3/5

I went to chose and pay for my food. I was told only cash at the counter and to use the digital screen to order. Found that it was not working, returned to the counter to order, eventually took my order. It was so cold in the restaurant you could see each others breath as we spoke. Appeared to have no heating on?Food: 4/5

Would rate 0 if possible I was delivered uncooked chicken and all I have recieved to rectify this is the money back for the order. This was traumatising not to mention highly dangerous and to only offer me money back for the order which should be a give is disgusting behaviour

Back in 2 years at 2020 I went into this kfc which is obviously the worst kfc in the uk as people are right and I tried to use my kfc stamp rewards and tried to get myself a Robinson drink but the woman seemed awkward and unhelpful and said you can’t use it and tried to charge me and she seemed quite lazy making me read out the stamp numbers and she didn’t even say sorry or bloody apologies and I was in bad mood over this and it made me kick off too so unfortunately I will never ever come back to this horrid kfc ever!!

Tried the order and pick up. Received wrong items-cold food-minuscule portion of cold fries. Love KFC but never again!

Ive Just eaten a 2 piece meal which was by far the best I have ever eaten from any K.F.C in the world, even the U.S !!  Due to my diet I can't eat any other part than the breast with no bones, I got them as usual which were absolutely outstanding. As for the fillets, no fat at all which were very tasty & marvellous too, even the wings were spot on.  It really was excellent & well worth the wait, don't we love some finger licking chicken   Thanks for going the extra mile for me Spencer, a great manager leading by example

Had a zinger wrap meal with sweet chilli sauce and son had banquet box. Both were delicious, really hot and freshly cooked. Staff very friendly and helpful.
