Shocking customer service. Older lady that served us was extremely unenthusiastic, rude and apathetic. When she came out to to take our plates in, we explained that we'd not finished and she told us to 'bring them in when we're done' we couldn't believe our ears. It was 3.30pm so she was probably keen to get rid of us. I'm shocked that someone in a hospitality trade can lack the very basic of customer service skills. Felt very unwelcome and awkward. Cakes were nice but a bad taste left in our mouths. Will not be returning.

Owner made it clear that our group with two young children were not welcome. They were being well behaved, just picking up flower petals from the floor whilst being closely monitored by an adult.
