Cosy place to meet family, friends, first dates or interviews. Busy but not overly busy like the ones in town. Didn't score 5 stars because they weren't very forth coming to clean tables and collect cups and they forglt to add caramel syrup in my caramel latte 😂 but they apologized and sorted it

Not going to be mean because the lady serving us was clearly new to the system, and a busy store like this one can be unsettling. But she smashed through it and we got 2 bomb asf coffees with great service.

Today i visited Costa Coffee in Burton on Trent with my friend. Great place to sit and have a coffee and abit of cake, many people in thete working or having meetings with alot of space to sit and enjoy your your time there. The stuff were very helpful and asking about items in sale. The venu was very clean and tidy, will look forward to visiting again. Also this costa has a drive throw which is always helpful when on the go.

It's ok. Very clean and efficient and this one has a drive through. You would definitely need to turn your engine off if you had to wait as long as i did for my medium Americano decaff. Its a modern theme instead of a cosy relaxing environment. But saying that I'm getting old, so what do I know.

A "coffee in" person, pleasant and airy surroundings and efficient staff. I always have to detour to buy a newspaper elsewhere before coming for coffee; good marketing idea, why don't you sell them at your drive thru. People coming for a paper may buy a coffee etc., convenient for me being able to buy both! Papers on sale or return so why not?
