Beautiful place for walking dog, skate park. Stopping a cafe. Looking at the lovely greeny.
We come here almost every day walking through the woods, meeting loads of dogs which is great for Freddie as she likes playing and socialising. Good dog park with a nice mix of dogs and owners. A couple of laps of the park round past the skate park and head back to the cafe for the dog water fountain. Can't fault the place! Easy to get to and the dogs love it!
I come here a lot to walk my dog. It has a great community cafe - dogs allowed inside! with really lovely, friendly people. They have lots of different groups that meet up there. The park is huge and includes a Velodrome and backs onto a large area of woodland.
This is a good open space for dog walking and for families. There's an excellent skate park, a children's play area, a velodrome and football pitches as well as dog agility area and woods to explore. The community café serves ok coffee, cakes and Ice cream and has excellent clean toilets. There's free parking on site too.
Slides Farm Glamping side was one of the best experiences I've had in the UK. Worth the money, comfortable and quiet, very friendly owner Sarah, happy to help and easy to contact. He area was great too. Plants of free walks and amazing places just driving distance away from this piece of Heaven.nYou can visit White Horse, Lacock Village and Stonehenge as well as many more depending on how many days you've got in the area. Recommend the glamping side specially for couples as chalets are not too big to have a small child there.nHowever, there is an b&b side where I assume you will be better suited with children.
